It's simple - Docsumo enables seamless data workflows in 4 easy steps:

1. Ingest - Our APIs can absorb your documents in any format from emails, physical uploads, scans etc. These documents are then classified and pre-processed for extraction.

‍2. Extract - Accurately capture key values and tables from unstructured documents. Extract and review only the fields you need from your documents.

3. Validate - Create excel-like rules/formulae to validate extracted data within your document, across documents or against a database.

4. Integrate - Integrate extracted data with your CRMs, HCMs or in-house systems for easy decision making. (more)

No worries! Train on your data with as little as 50 documents. Docsumo uses machine learning models that learn from your data to extract accurate information. You can also catagorize tabular data to get analytics for automated decision making. This way, you can customize fields that you need and get the JSON output for further analysis. (more)

Docsumo provides a review screen to help you see low confidence output and manually correct it. In the backend, the AI learning algorithms learn from your corrections and train on your dataset to improve accuracy for you so that your team may need to review only <5% documents.

You can embed the review screen in any other workflow or platform such as Salesforce, Yardi, etc. either as a link or iframe. This means that your team does not have to learn a new software and Docsumo becomes part of your existing workflow. Moreover, Docsumo alerts your team members in case of any data discrepancies (for example, data field mismatch) so they can immediately attend to it. (more)
