Docsumo FAQ

Docsumo provides a review screen to help you see low confidence output and manually correct it. In the backend, the AI learning algorithms learn from your corrections and train on your dataset to improve accuracy for you so that your team may need to review only <5% documents. You can embed the review screen in any other workflow or platform such as Salesforce, Yardi, etc. either as a link or iframe. This means that your team does not have to learn a new software and Docsumo becomes part of your existing workflow. Moreover, Docsumo alerts your team members in case of any data discrepancies (for example, data field mismatch) so they can immediately attend to it.
