Absolutely! We offer 24/7 training, weekly reports for the first month, biweekly reports the second month, and monthly reports going forward, along with various consulting options. All of your interactions with us are personal -- you are never directed to a call center. Once you work with a Diamond Relations employee, you will stay in contact with that employee. We like it that way and so do our clients! We value our business on creating lasting relationships with our clients, while helping them do the same. (more)

Not explicitly,, but we have seen extreme success -- from one-store family locations to 10+/multi-store locations. The reason being, it worked for us. We know what works for jewelers because we are jewelers.
We developed Diamond Relations in a one-store small jewelry business in downtown Florence, AL. Since we finished development in 2011, our store has expanded to include a huge location in Huntsville at the exclusive Bridge Street Town Centre, a brand new stand-alone in Florence that won "America's Coolest Store," and a Nashville store currently under construction. We couldn't have made this type of profit without Diamond Relations. The timeline is clear.
