Absolutely! We offer 24/7 training, weekly reports for the first month, biweekly reports the second month, and monthly reports going forward, along with various consulting options. All of your interactions with us are personal -- you are never directed to a call center. Once you work with a Diamond Relations employee, you will stay in contact with that employee. We like it that way and so do our clients! We value our business on creating lasting relationships with our clients, while helping them do the same.
