How much time does it take to set up Debt$Net? Do you provide any implementation assistance?

Yes we do offer implementation assistance, we have trainers on staff that have worked at collection agencies using Debt$Net and can offer guidance and assistance throughout the set up process. Implementation time can vary depending on the situation, if we are just installing Debt$Net and starting fresh we can have up up and going very quickly, sometimes within an hour or so. If there is a data conversion and merge we would want to look at doing test runs and data checks before going live, usually that is closer to a 30 day timeline to allow sufficient time for the agency to data check. We have over 400 active agencies with us right now. Our technical support manager has been with the company over 15 years, his knowledge of collections and Debt$Net is extensive and helps him run an effective, efficient support team. (more)
