Debt$Net FAQ

Yes we do offer implementation assistance, we have trainers on staff that have worked at collection agencies using Debt$Net and can offer guidance and assistance throughout the set up process. Implementation time can vary depending on the situation, if we are just installing Debt$Net and starting fresh we can have up up and going very quickly, sometimes within an hour or so. If there is a data conversion and merge we would want to look at doing test runs and data checks before going live, usually that is closer to a 30 day timeline to allow sufficient time for the agency to data check.
