Best part about CX Group was that we managed to reduce our customer churn. CX Quest is a software solution that helped our company detect unsatisfied customers. Before CX Quest we were very active as a company trying to listen to our customers using most of the methods that were available in the market, like surveys etc. Since we started working with CX Group customer profiling stopped being a promise and we actually managed to have solid profiles for our customers. "Knowing" our customers has helped as take the right actions to keep them happy and reduce any potential churn.

Nothing worth mentioning so far. The UI of the product looks a little bit outdated but the new update that it is about to be launched is great. In the past the reports that were available in the software were quite limited but now i have to admit they have more than we need.

Fantastic software solution. Never ever before had we all this information about our clients. Big data analytics helped us keep our customers happier than before. Our customer churn rate has dropped significantly bringing more profits to our business. Their consultants are very responsive to our requests. As a conclusion we are really happy to be working with CX Group.
