Yes, there are three sets of documentation for our Cradle software:
a) When you install Cradle, a large set of help files are installed, so when you click Help in any part of the UI, an appropriate help page is opened in your web browser
b) When you install Cradle, a set of PDF manuals are installed that can be accessed through Cradle and directly from the Start menu and by opening the files directly
c) Both of these types of help are also accessible directly from our website

How large does our business need to be for Cradle to be worth our time?

Depends more on the number of requirements, user stories, defects, issues, test cases etc that you want to manage and, particularly, the number of relationships between them. If either is > 200 then you'll get a benefit. Cradle has been used by single engineers, or groups of > 1,000 engineers. The volume and compexity of the data to be managed is a more reliable determinant of Cradle's applicability. (more)

You can add training to your Cradle order if you wish. We offer a range of courses from 1-3 days. Training is not essential - there are many tutorials and user guides to help you to learn Cradle - and we (3SL) will provide webinars and superb technical support!
