What was the best part about using Contactually?

I like that takes the greater part of the contact data from numerous sources, for example, Social Media locales and consolidates them to be one individual or contact. This appears to be basic, yet I don't know of another CRM program that does that. Once a contact overhauls their profile in Linkedin.com or Facebook.com, it is upgraded in my database.

What would you change about your experience with Contactually?

I wish the Bucket Game were on the App. It's so advantageous to play in 60-second interims, which makes it particularly great to do on a cell phone. I would play the Bucket Game on more than one occasion a day on the off chance that it were on the App. I wish the project were somewhat more quick witted on the grounds that despite everything I have a great deal of copies that should be blended, yet aren't hailed. When I'm on the contacts page, on the off chance that I check different pails, the framework accept I need to see any contacts that are bucketed in one or a greater amount of the checked basins

Overall Feedback

Extraordinary for little entrepreneurs who need to influence their time. An alert in the event that you have a great deal of LinkedIn associations it can require an amazingly long investment to pail every one of them and may be an exercise in futility if the greater part of your associations are not of high caliber. I picked not to associate LinkedIn thus as I have more than 1500 associations, the greater part of whom won't be worth bucketing.

What was the best part about using Contactually?

Previously we were able to manage the business since we only had a few clients and the business is small but for the past 1 year it's been huge. We use to meet 10 new clients for a week and sign a couple of deals by every week which has momentarily increased the pressure to remember everybody's information in detail and keeping it organised are too hard for us. But with the help of Contactually its been very easy with their synchronisation in MailChimp, Gmail and automatic organisation the contacts into groups are truly awesome.

What would you change about your experience with Contactually?

Everything is going fine until they added the feature of sharing the contact which is consuming a lot of time. And we needed to do a lot of clicks to permit other person to see, if we aren't the owner of the contact then we need to again go back to the contact owner and explain the need of the sharing.

Overall Feedback

It will be the best application until the contacts are in a certain number if the number increases then there will be hidden work of permitting and requesting the access to share the contact. Their mobile app isn't fast enough so we need to deal with the desktop web version only.

What was the best part about using Contactually?

Contractually is best tool for contact purpose. its is very easy to keep track of emails, phone calls texts and contact notes. it has free trial option which helps you to understand about this tool in a very simple way. it has good reminder system which gives you easy way to followup.

What would you change about your experience with Contactually?

There are some technical issues in Contactually software. you will not get satisfactory guidance if you contact someone at support. there is nobody to help yo whenever you need. Sometimes it takes too long to find someone who can help to resolve the issue and you waste you valuable time which is worst part of this software.

I have good experience with Contactually as it is very easy to use. it keeps all of my contacts at one place. it is very easy to understand make it worth to use. I would definitely recommend this to the new users and have been using Gmail or Outlook with lot of contacts but try to solve the issue by your own. donot contact customer support otherwise you will be disappoint. Contactually keeps record of my contacts and reminds me when to contact again which is best thing about this software.

What was the best part about using Contactually?

If you have a very large network and have frequent business meetings then Contactually automatically signals and alarms you to take relevant steps to meet the requirements and avoid slippages. The most important feature is the ability to sync all contact data with the r Customer Relation Management (CRM) system. I found it extremely useful for contact management and the ease of use impressed me a lot as well as the capability to always keep the updated lsit ofcontacts.

What would you change about your experience with Contactually?

I found that it is very tedious and cumbersome when there are thousands and thousands of contacts which neeeded to be organized as per priority. I am also bit disappointed with the calendar feature of Contactually not being tracked and I would certainly would want this to be incorporated in the future versions. Also the custom fields are visible only in the edit mode of the contact lists. I also think there is a limit of 50 contact lists in one screen.

Overall Feedback

If you are looking at a long term solution to automate the contact management by keeping contacts up to date and tracking them through social media then certainly Contactually is the market leader. I especially liked the bucket structure enabling me to keep track of all important relationships. The customer service team is extremely helpful and proactive in resolving the issues and is a delight to interact with.

Contactually might be a little more expensive than comparable CRM tools, but with its phenomenal support and almost limitless integrations with a lot of applications, it's well worth considering. There is even a training site called Contactually Academy where you will find video tutorials and e-books to help you get started. Contactually does a fantastic job of helping you stay on top of all kinds of communication, but it will not natively support invoicing, document sharing, and product management like our other Editors' Choice

What was the best part about using Contactually?

The simplicity of the program allows myself and my team to easily categorize contacts. The dashboard is easy to glance at and it gives daily homework to complete. I am always trying to get my dashboard cleared, but it's impossible. Contactually is always pushing me to stay in touch more often with my clients. It's a great problem to have. I used to use excel and now I am working smarter with this smart database called Contactually.it's actually good!

What would you change about your experience with Contactually?

From a team perspective, I can't always tell what has and hasn't been shared with my team. From an individual user, I would like to be able to merge contacts that *I* know are the same. At present you can only merge ones that it things are the same. Implement elements that you create, such as buckets and email templates, are listed in the order they were created. Would much rather have this order be controllable, or at the least alphabetical.

Overall Feedback

It helps me automate mesages (emails) so that my followup is consistent. It also allow me to import thousands of contacts at once, tag and find them later on. I've tried a lot of software like this, and Contactually stands out ahead of the crowd. It focusses on relationships, which is all there is to say, really!

What was the best part about using Contactually?

A dedicated CRM software- ‘Contactually’, is a tailor-made application that helps in combining and organizing all the contact information from the multiple sources. The tool is extremely useful in tracking all the communications with various contacts, which can be used for future reference. Keeping track of daily tasks also becomes simpler. The setup and initialization process of the software is very easy. Its intuitive UI makes readily available all the customer-related information such as contact info, reminders, important events, notes, etc, which helps a lot in maintaining track of all the important business relationships.

What would you change about your experience with Contactually?

Lack of ability to integrate the third party application can pose certain challenge while using this software. I also feel that it would have been great if they would have provided notification to the user to let him/her know whether the message has been opened or not, when bulk messages are sent. This feature is available when you send an individual message.

Overall Feedback

Contactually is certainly a very useful software for strengthening the business relationships with the customer as it helps in organizing the information of all the customers and generating new business leads. The software is extremely easy to use and is highly reliable. However, the software feels incapable of handling very large contact and hence is suitable for small firms or more precisely, individual professionals.

What was the best part about using Contactually?

Greatly designed user interface and the dashboard is easy to glance at . I like the features and I mean all of them . I really love the integration with Gmail and I think it is the best feature so far. I like how the social connectivity works , it is a lot quicker to be able to see whether you're connected or not and connect right there and then .

What would you change about your experience with Contactually?

There are problems with reporting interface which becomes slow at times and it becomes difficult sometimes to get calls from users who did not get the phone number from the website. There are issues on some parts of the tool, but their customer support took the feedback very seriously and worked upon it to make it easy to use.

Overall Feedback

Clean list that keeps all my contacts and communication with them in one place . They always reminds me when to reach out again thus keeping relationships fresh and make possible progress .The Gmail and MailChimp connections save me from having to look for past conversations or see if they're on the newsletter list .Overall it is a really good contact managing sotware .

What was the best part about using Contactually?

Contactually is equal parts easy to use, affordable, and functional. It has been a tremendous boon to the growth of my real estate business, and the recent update to their Android app has further cemented their importance to my business.

What would you change about your experience with Contactually?

Initially, I found that the app crashed frequently and was something of a liability in terms of reliability. Recently, a new update was released to the app, relieving me of those concerns. Keep up the good work!

I would recommend Contactually to any of my colleagues. While it lacks the "full package" of content some CRM providers offer, it comes with an affordable price tag and is easy to use.
