Confirmit is very flexible and is combined with many other third party software such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Jquery etc. to customize it according to the user’s needs. The software is capable of providing a wonderful customer engagement experience.

The major drawback of Confirmit software is that it contains some bugs due to which the processing of software slows down and the customers experience a slow support. The other downside of the software is that the company has no upgraded the software user interface and still run on the old UI. The minor bugs can be only fixing by the upgrade of the software. The cost of the Confirmit software is very highly priced as compared to other customer engagement solutions available in the market. The company also does not provide a free trial version of the software, due to which the user can test the software’s capabilities before buying it.

Confirmit is an excellent research system that helps the organization in raising the sales, gaining more potential customers and keeping the clients in touch. The software has a friendly user interface and works perfectly fine which is beneficial in the marketing method. Confirmit is capable of providing the customers an endless better engagement platform.
