All mind mapping products allow you to capture information rapidly in a visual document. From that point on they vary greatly from product to product. We feel that the professionalism of importing and exporting other file types is important so we have spent considerable time at working on the large number of file types we support. Not every single file type is important to everyone, but as an example the ability to import and export MS Project files is important if you are a Project Manager. The ability to important and export MS Word files is important if you are a writer. Each individual has integrations that are important to how they work.

Also we pay a lot of attention to how our ConceptDraw products work on Windows and Macintosh computers. The features are the same on both platforms, and the file structure is identical. You are not sacrificing functionality because of the choice of your computer.

Our ConceptDraw MINDMAP is a great standalone product but it also integrates tightly with our other ConceptDraw products contained in our ConceptDraw Office suite. Our other desktop products are ConceptDraw PRO (desktop business diagramming tool compatible with MS Visio) and ConceptDraw PROJECT (compatible with MS Project files).

All minor updates for the version you purchase are free. To upgrade to the next major release there is a fee. Technical support is a no-charge item for all of the ConceptDraw products. Technical support is available via our web ticket system, phone, and email. For Canada and US we provide a toll-free support number 877-441-1150 x4.

When you purchase a ConceptDraw product for Macintosh or PC and you then decide to switch the type of computer you use there is no charge to install your ConceptDraw license on your new computer. We do not make you purchase based on computer type that you use. (more)
