All minor updates for the version you purchase are free. To upgrade to the next major release there is a fee. Technical support is a no-charge item for all of the ConceptDraw products. Technical support is available via our web ticket system, phone, and email. For Canada and US we provide a toll-free support number 877-441-1150 x4.
When you purchase a ConceptDraw product for Macintosh or PC and you then decide to switch the type of computer you use there is no charge to install your ConceptDraw license on your new computer. We do not make you purchase based on computer type that you use.
