I really salute to that powerful tool that can manage your customers in an efficient way. Thus, all of the activities that the customers do will be recorded. The traffic as well as that is happening on the website will be reported immediately. I have learned that this software has the feature that can monitor from their most visited on the site. This is the HEAT MAP.

I think the errors that can many users can occur from the software is that; yes it can monitor the customers do on the website, but not totally capturing all the details about the action of the customers. But instead, it’s only the movement of the mouse that can rendered image to the website. By that, the feature is not more accurate and can cause unreliable on the website. I thought so. It is not good in terms to the interacting with customers. The functions and feature are hard to understand, it takes more time to realize the real meaning of the certain feature of the software. I hope all of this errors and malfunction of the software will cured as soon as the developers can solved it.

CLICKTALE is a CRM program that helps track all the activity of your audience into your website, in general, just address the existing problem and solved it immediately. So far, the functions of the features are doing great. But, it needs more improvement. Even though, I’d like to recommend this software to everyone.
