Easy to use once set up ! feature rich so many good features that helped to streamline my operations ! Support and training are VERY HELPFUL and I don't know what I would have done with out them ! Always adding new feature and options like apps on I-pads! Icd-10 transition was so easy Thanks Chirotouch!

Training required me to really take over my staff and make them see the value ... There is a lot ofd set up , but the reasoning is sound as I customized it all to work in my environment. Some times the wait for support can be rather long , but once I knew the software inside and out ,I rarely if ever needed to call , and when I get thru ,they don't rush you and are awesome , caring ,and sincere in their quest to help out !

This was by far one of the best business decisions I have ever made for my clinic! Take ownership in your training and your staff's approach to it as there is a lot of info that needs to be absorbed with a software that is this feature rich and intensive . This is not a car that you simply buy and get be hind the wheel in .. Its like a super spy vehicle with lots of features and ins and outs .. Charting a patient visit has never been easier , and finally we have some great insight into all of our billing . At first it was scary as change always is , especially change of this magnitude . Each day it gets easier and easier ! WE LOVE YOU CHIROTOUCH!

ChiroTouch is an excellent system for small or large practices to manage patient documentation. It helps doctors and hospital staff to be organized and organize patient data at one point. It is a good replacement for anything that would have been put on paper charts or require use of other programs.

ChiroTouch shortcoming is that the report features are not organized in user friendly way. Some of the features neither are nor clearly named. A user has to search through to find what is required. It does not offer some reports that should be basic and straightforward. Calendar scheduling does not have an option for the confirmation calls.

ChiroTouch has managed to create a paperless system. It however requires much customization. It requires a doctor to learn its working properly then teach the staff. The advantage is that it has many coaching partners who offer training on the software solution. Many webinars are organized to teach those who are interested. Customer support team is also responsive and helpful.
