Easy to use once set up ! feature rich so many good features that helped to streamline my operations ! Support and training are VERY HELPFUL and I don't know what I would have done with out them ! Always adding new feature and options like apps on I-pads! Icd-10 transition was so easy Thanks Chirotouch!

Training required me to really take over my staff and make them see the value ... There is a lot ofd set up , but the reasoning is sound as I customized it all to work in my environment. Some times the wait for support can be rather long , but once I knew the software inside and out ,I rarely if ever needed to call , and when I get thru ,they don't rush you and are awesome , caring ,and sincere in their quest to help out !

This was by far one of the best business decisions I have ever made for my clinic! Take ownership in your training and your staff's approach to it as there is a lot of info that needs to be absorbed with a software that is this feature rich and intensive . This is not a car that you simply buy and get be hind the wheel in .. Its like a super spy vehicle with lots of features and ins and outs .. Charting a patient visit has never been easier , and finally we have some great insight into all of our billing . At first it was scary as change always is , especially change of this magnitude . Each day it gets easier and easier ! WE LOVE YOU CHIROTOUCH!
