What was the best part about using ChiroCloud?
There is a dangerous myth among medical offices and practitioners that automated medical administration is as easy as buying a laptop and installing software. WRONG. Laptops aren’t robust enough for handling even “bare-bones” medical office software and sooner or later hard drive space is full; leading to a shoe box full of USB sticks. What about on premise desktops? Answered with this question: What about catastrophic building fire, hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, etc.?
That’s why I really like ChiroCloud. It is an easy to use, comprehensive, cloud-based chiropractic office solution.
What would you change about your experience with ChiroCloud?
ChiroCloud pricing scheme is not anything like a no load mutual fund or a car lease contract with an ending balloon payment. ChiroCloud has an upfront balloon payment of $1,995 (for start-up?) and then $100 per month. In other words, the first two months will cost a clinic, medical office, or individual practitioner over $2,000; tethering you to their service (and of course, their monthly fee).
Also, at the very minimum, clinics and offices in the United States should use medical software that has a bi-lingual capability of English and Spanish. ChiroCloud does not state any multi-lingual capabilities.
