I'm not going to tell you the best part about this software because it is awful. Don't use it.

To start, it would be nice if there were a customer service phone number instead of only an email address that obviously never gets checked. If I could leave a zero out of five for the Support Score, I would.This company needs to go out of business. The accounting part of the software is a mess, and now that I'm switching companies, there is NO WAY to transmit the data from ChiroCloud to the new system other than completely by hand.

This company has obviously given up on itself and is just waiting for everyone to leave due to their awful service so they can shut down for good. I almost can't even put into words how livid I am with ChiroCloud. I have lost money due to their glitchy accounting not allowing me to properly bill patients, there is almost no way to connect to clients within the system, and their patient portal is unusable. Yeah, they're only $100 a month, but you get what you pay for. Do not waste your time and money with ChiroCloud.

There is a dangerous myth among medical offices and practitioners that automated medical administration is as easy as buying a laptop and installing software. WRONG. Laptops aren’t robust enough for handling even “bare-bones” medical office software and sooner or later hard drive space is full; leading to a shoe box full of USB sticks. What about on premise desktops? Answered with this question: What about catastrophic building fire, hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, etc.? That’s why I really like ChiroCloud. It is an easy to use, comprehensive, cloud-based chiropractic office solution.

ChiroCloud pricing scheme is not anything like a no load mutual fund or a car lease contract with an ending balloon payment. ChiroCloud has an upfront balloon payment of $1,995 (for start-up?) and then $100 per month. In other words, the first two months will cost a clinic, medical office, or individual practitioner over $2,000; tethering you to their service (and of course, their monthly fee). Also, at the very minimum, clinics and offices in the United States should use medical software that has a bi-lingual capability of English and Spanish. ChiroCloud does not state any multi-lingual capabilities.
