What was the best part about using ChiroCloud?

I'm not going to tell you the best part about this software because it is awful. Don't use it.

What would you change about your experience with ChiroCloud?

To start, it would be nice if there were a customer service phone number instead of only an email address that obviously never gets checked. If I could leave a zero out of five for the Support Score, I would.This company needs to go out of business. The accounting part of the software is a mess, and now that I'm switching companies, there is NO WAY to transmit the data from ChiroCloud to the new system other than completely by hand.

Overall Feedback

This company has obviously given up on itself and is just waiting for everyone to leave due to their awful service so they can shut down for good. I almost can't even put into words how livid I am with ChiroCloud. I have lost money due to their glitchy accounting not allowing me to properly bill patients, there is almost no way to connect to clients within the system, and their patient portal is unusable. Yeah, they're only $100 a month, but you get what you pay for. Do not waste your time and money with ChiroCloud.
