What was the best part about using Callcap?

Callcap is a tool best utilized to offer better lead and improve performance of sales representatives. I am a sales supervisor and I am very strict with quotas and performance. Callcap empowers me to better manage my associates call handling skills. I listen to the calls of my representatives who are not hitting their target for me to coach them to improve their skills.

What would you change about your experience with Callcap?

I do not know if this happens to other users but it actually happened to me thrice I believe, there were certain intervals that calls were not recorded. I do not know if there was an issue on our end or with CallCap, not too big of an issue anyway and it just happened three times and we have been using the tool for years now, but I am hoping error is on our end and not with Callcap.

Overall Feedback

Callcap has helped my team reach our goals on a monthly basis. For me, the two main strengths of Callcap is my ability to listen to calls made by my weak associated through call recording and secong would be call tracking phone numbers which is essential for us to get good leads. This is really a great tool and totally helped my team reach our goals.
