I've read the application can take time to make calculations and that they found their to be a significant learning curve due to the flexibility and configuration options possible. Although I've also noted that their may be limited customization for the actual shopping cart feature. This software would be a significant time and revenue investment so be sure you've done your research and can utilize as much of the software features it is offers out of the box in order to get to market quickest.

In theory, Apptus should help you be more productive with a much quicker time to quote with less human error which creates more time to focus on closing deals. Your sales reps can create professional proposals using multiple currencies which is one of the strongest features allowing you to do paperless business across international borders just as easily as if it were in your own location. You can also create discounts and promotions easily inside your account and verify whether they need further approval, or not automatically before sending the quote. An approvals process can be implemented by management to sign off on discount when required. Overall, you able to learn the best quote, setup your pricing, email the client, sign the contract with an integrated electronic signature service to close the deal all right from inside your centralized dashboard. That's a lot value on top of the fact it's built inside SalesForce which has all of your contacts, leads and deals organized and easy to sync in your Apttus CPQ app.
