What kind of support is provided with APS Payroll Solution? Do I have to pay extra for it?

As our customer you would be assigned one dedicated account manager. You will be able to contact them on their direct line, via email and/or live chat to handle your account.
We don’t have call centers or assign case numbers. Our account managers are certified by the American Payroll Association (APA), usually with 5-7 years of payroll/HRIS experience under their belt. In the case that your account manager has to be out of the office, a backup account manager would be assigned to handle any needs you may have that day. There is no charge for APS account support.
