Cloud accounts have no minimum requirements - you just create an account and start using Active Collab. Requirements to self-host Active Collab are: + A web server (Apache, IIS, nginx, etc) + HTTP methods allowed + PHP 5.6 or newer + MySQL 5.5.3 + One empty database + (optional) ElasticSearch 1.7.4 and Java. No matter what plan you choose, you get a free support via chat, email or phone.

If you're using our cloud platform, you can ask anything, report bugs, and suggest features.

If you're self-hosting, you get support for 1 year free of charge. After 1 year, you can choose to pay license renewal and continue to get support plus access to the latest releases.

Note regarding self-hosted edition: if you want us to install Active Collab instead of you, there's a fee because it's a time-consuming process. If you choose to install it yourself, we offer free support via email if you get stuck anywhere.

Pricing starts from $25 per month for 5 team members (cloud, pay-as-you-go plans), and further pricing depends on how many people will use ActiveCollab. You can also buy ActiveCollab license for $999 and self-host it on your own server. This is a one time fee after which you can use ActiveCollab forever (and subscribe to future upgrades if you want). Yes, the ActiveCollab Android app works on all newer phone models. You can also use ActiveCollab as a web app so you're not tied down to a particular device. (more)

Both. You can access via a web app from any browser, or use the mobile app. For example, you can use ActiveCollab on your computer's web browser, and when you're on the go, use it on your mobile. You'll be pleased to know that soon there will be a desktop app too (Mac, Windows, Linux). (more)
