Current version is 2.17, released in spring 2016, Major release 2.0 was in autumn 2015, featuring SharePoint attachments and Outlook add-in for tasks creation. We expect a minor update before the end of 2016, but no dates for next major release can be announced now. (more)

It's not always about the business size, as we don't charge for additional users, cloud license is $250, which according to my personal opinion makes sense for 10+ users registered in system. Very often it's the case that not every employee has to be in project management system, though.
As for the on-premises customised deployment with integrations and tailored design with $5000/year license I'd say it's an enterprise solution for 200+ users. Again, it's often a bit more complicated than just number of users/employees. (more)
