- It made running the event much easier and smoother on my end - Guests loved it, thought it was easy to use and fun - Most importantly it added a lot of revenue to the event. Attendee's were engaged and having fun with the auction and therefore we got more bid and more revenue. Also people who couldn't attend the event were able to bid, another big jump in revenue.

- I did end up having a minor question about how to set something up (I misread how to do something), BUT the support was outstanding and they walked me right through my issue. Overall I don't really have any bad thinks to say. If people don't have cell phones or there is no service at your event location, it may not work.

If you are hosting an auction and your attendee's have cell phones or internet access, use Accelevents, it will be worth it. Never going back to paper raffles and by far the lowest price point I have seen. The small amount I spent on the service was more than made up for with added revenue generated, plus it took a lot of my place logistically as the event host. I was more able to enjoy my event and less worried about the raffle.
