What was the best part about using Accelevents?

Auctions are really time-consuming to organize but ever since we started using Accelevents it has been a great help in automating so much of the manual work. Our attendees can buy raffle tickets, bid, choose prizes, and even submit payment online or through a special text messaging service. The whole fundraising experience is seamless for all involved thanks to Accelevents. The program's features make real-time communications a breeze and it's really easy to understand. Additionally I also feel that this program responds to the needs of bidding/auctions in the digital age, as it provides a feature for easy mobile bidding. I can't say enough about all the perks of this program.

What would you change about your experience with Accelevents?

In the beginning, some of Accelevents' features can be challenging to understand. But after you invest some time and effort in getting to know the program inside out you will see why it can be such a good investment for your business. The learning curve wasn't too steep and I would still definitely recommend this program to anyone!

Accelevents is a crucial tool in reducing the stress and mistakes that can happen from planning auctions and fundraisers. Whether it's setting up or keeping track of donations, Accelevents has been a great help and is thus highly recommended. They also have a 24/7 customer service which has been vital in helping our team through every step of the fundraiser. I know that I can depend on customer support anytime and this alone has taken a great load off my shoulders and helped us to focus on the important aspects of the auction instead of trying to be more efficient. Accelevents is a huge time-saver and I don't know what we would do without it!
