You can run a 3-user Startup Edition system on your own server free - with some capacity limits. On the 1CRM Cloud subscriptions begin at US$12 - which gets you a single-user Startup Edition Cloud instance for a month. US$34 for the top Enterprise Edition - and volume pricing discounts at 20 and 40 users. (more)

Yes - via the CRMSync standard feature, it will sync Contacts, Tasks, Calls and Meetings into the native Contacts and Calendar and Reminders apps on your phone - bidirectionally.
This enables you to see your CRM contacts and calendar appointments on your phone, even while offline (due to no wifi and out of carrier range). As well, you can add new contacts or appointments, and edit them or remove them, and any changes will sync back to the CRM as soon as you are back online. (more)

- Data de-duplication, cleaning and migration
- Customization: custom fields, drop-downs, screen layouts, automated workflows, PDF form customization
- User settings configuration
- System settings configuration
- User training
- Administrator training
What is required varies with the size and nature of the organization. It can vary from a day or two for a startup business, to 3-6 weeks for average implementations in the 25-50 user range, to 3-6 months for 100+ user system with large customization needs.
While many CRMs such as Dynamics and salesforce.com choose to have mandatory implementation fees in the range of $6.5 - $9.5k, and therefore do include some implementation services for each client, at 1CRM we have chosen option implementation fees with a la carte services - just pay for what you need.
