It can vary from a day or two for a startup business, to 3-6 weeks for average implementations in the 25-50 user range, to 3-6 months for 100+ user system with large customization needs. While many CRMs such as Dynamics and salesforce.com choose to have mandatory implementation fees in the range of $6.5 - $9.5k, and therefore do include some implementation services for each client, at 1CRM we have chosen option implementation fees with a la carte services - just pay for what you need.
