Zycus is in all ways complete solution. They have a very unique software model called One View which pretty much means you have all the data easily accessible and comprehensively in one place so you don’t have to manage going through endless papers to get a clear view of the supplier. Therefore, it simplifies the way you can manage the suppliers and makes it also easier to build long-term relationships. It has even complete invoicing system so it is actually far more than just for managing suppliers.

Quite frankly there is nothing bad I could say about it. It is build for the needs of a modern company and excels in it with its' easily accessible platform and easily navigated solution. If to mention something (though it's some what of a nitpicking right now), it would be the lac of any real pricing info on their site, which can frighten new users.

Another bonus they bring is their customer service. Though the software is in most parts US-based, they have a livechat form and they emphasise greatly that you can contact them in all ways so you shouldn't be left in trouble with finding some answers, especially if you are an entry-level user.
