You have not. To very easily re-download any recent version, simply visit your Zoner Account. You’ll find a download link waiting for you there. Install the program and run it. A login window will appear. Log in to your Zoner Account from here. Your purchased software will then activate automatically. If it does not, then there is no license attached to the account that you logged in to. You most likely purchased under a different account (a different email address) than the one you logged in to. We recommend searching your email inbox for messages from Zoner. Once you find the right account, start up your ZPS, click the email address shown at the top right, log out, and then log back in under your account that owns the license.
