I’ve been an avid Zoho suit user for quite some time, so using Zoho CRM was a natural choice to go for. I haven’t been disappointed! It gives complete overview on your pipeline – who to follow up, who are decision markers and so on: it simply helps to sell smarter in any ways as the power of tracking your activies is immense with Zoho. By the way, it’s integrated perfectly with social media and Google Apps so you could interact with clients even more easily.

If there’s anything to point out at all as a flaw to Zoho CRM then I’d say it is more of a personal assistant than it is a sales enhancer – it mainly prioritizes your work and kind a automates everything. Nevertheless, it works great and problem free so I can’t really say anything bad about Zoho CRM!
