What was the best part about using zInspector?

It is easy to learn, easy to format, allows notes and pictures, I am learning to use it as I make inspections, not the smartest thing to do, but I needed a new app that didn't cost an arm and a leg because I only do a few property inspections a year - and sometimes none at all!

What would you change about your experience with zInspector?

I still need to learn to use all the features I need. I have made a few mistakes but the customer service is awesome and they got me right back on track almost instantly!

This is a great app. I know it has far more features than I will ever need, but it is easy to use, and generates a very nice and easy to read report. I definitely recommend this app. Best of all the customer service is extraordinary! You can't go wrong!

What was the best part about using zInspector?

Everything is the best part, you have time stamp with GPS location on the pictures to comparing move in with move outs, plus the tenants can sign the reports and e-mail from the field.

What would you change about your experience with zInspector?

My experience with zinspector has been great, we just bought the 360 camera to add video to our reports.

What was the best part about using zInspector?

These guys at Zinspector aren't messing around. They have powerful tools that make inspections (move in and move out) easy to compare. They also take great care in making sure that our organization is well taken care of with immediate customer service and consideration for custom features.

What would you change about your experience with zInspector?

The only complaint I have with this group is they load speed. - I have to mention we have over 1000 properties and an average of 60 photos per property, so it is a lot of data to pull.

What was the best part about using zInspector?

If we send somebody out to perform an inspection, it only takes a few minutes of training. We use many software packages that do 70-80% of what we need - zInspector does 100% of what we need.

What would you change about your experience with zInspector?

There really isn't anything we would change. Anytime we discover there's a feature that we would like, we contact support & it usually turns out the feature already exists somewhere.

What was the best part about using zInspector?

After completing Spring inspections via hand last year, this program has made a dramatic improvement in the overall quality of the inspection. The pictures that you can tag directly to an area is a huge plus for us in our community. It took a bit of time to set it up like we needed it; however, Andy was more than helpful to correct all of self-made issues. It is very simple to use, makes quick work of the inspections and keeps a detailed log of each inspection completed, along with dates and photos.

What would you change about your experience with zInspector?

It would be a nice addition if the different color fonts would work for individual words in a section, but I am sure that will be addressed in the future.

Overall, the program has been a success and we are pleased that we chose zinspector over several of the other options out there. Customer service has been exceptional, even when they are dealing with a non-programming type of person like myself. We can't wait to send out our professional inspections to the community; they should have no problems in deciphering anything within the report this year. Thank you for designing a program that works for cooperatives like ours.

What was the best part about using zInspector?

This software is efficient, fairly priced, highly thought out, and helps minimize liability. We love it!

What would you change about your experience with zInspector?

I wish I would have gotten this software faster. I have suggested a few small requests to Andy and his team for upgrades and he is already working on them!

Andy and the Z-inspection team are really great at what they do. They have created an extremely versatile and sophisticated software which makes Move Ins and Move Outs much easier. It is very user friendly and has excellent customization where needed. In addition, Andy and his team also focus on efficiency and automation which has allowed us to integrate this software into our highly automated process. It also sounds like Andy is making more improvements coming up. His customer service is great as well and he has been very available to train me and our team. What was the best part about using zInspector?

zInspector is a very simple, easy to use application. Customer service was excellent. I had many questions with the set up and Andy was very patient with me and helped me through everything. We were able to customize some reports that fit our needs, which was very beneficial to us. The move in inspection is amazing as it is.

What would you change about your experience with zInspector?

The custom reports were slightly confusing at first, but Andy helped me through this and turned out to be easy to set up once I understood the software more.

Easy to use a well thought through software. You can tell the people putting this together knows the business/ industry.

What would you change about your experience with zInspector?

So far nothing. We have used for several inspections now, created our own customized reports through docs, and everything has worked great. We are excited about the 360 pics coming soon. Have the camera ready!

Ease of use and customer support. They have the best customer support I have ever seen.

What would you change about your experience with zInspector?

Nothing really. Maybe changing the areas set up. But that is being really nit-picky. I love this app!

If I could give 6 or 7 stars I would. This app has saved us a ton of time & money, professionalized our inspections to our clients, and reduced our stress and hassle. The photos also firm up our move ins and outs. But what has me really, really excited is the level of customer support that is given. Any question I have is answered...instantaneously! Not 3 days from now, or even tomorrow. Right now! Incredible!
