I appreciate they shared their business journey from 2013 until 2015. They had a few positive testimonials on their site which I appreciated though they would have more credibility if they named the client and business in my opinion. I don't understand the reason for anonymous testimonials if they are real clients. They had posts on their blog which indicated they were active online recently.

They were not listed in the Better Business Bureau which would a significant way to create trust in prospects. They were not Google Partner certified which would be helpful to verify their expertise. Their SEO Woorank was eighteen out of one hundred which was by far the lowest of all several dozen companies during my research and not a good indicator that they were leading by example with their own services. The previous lowest was thirty six so this was surprising. With the highest ninety two and average of about seventy five. There were no SEO case studies available on their site with performance metrics to help indicate their client successes. There were no clients mentioned on their website.

Despite not meeting most of my presales criteria, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took the time to fill out their complete Discovery form in order to learn more and hopefully obtain a quote. I got a prompt response and entry point pricing was fair based on North American quotes I had received. Though we would end up going in a different direction.
