Xledger is an enterprise grade ERP solution. As such, there is a time commitment from customers in the onboarding process and system of this magnitude are not switched overnight. Thought we do not have a money back guarantee, as such, we are incredibly unique in this space in that we require no long-term contracts. All of our customers are on a month-to-month subscription service and can cancel or alter their service level at any time. As a result, our team delivers what we call "hyper care" and are highly motivated to serve well.
