I like the way this app is built and thought through. I mean it’s totally logical and predictable. You never think “What button should I press next?” or “where can I close the tab?”.

I think nothing. My only advice is to add new stickers :) to decorate the look

I think this app is a perfect alternative to old-fashioned offline employee recognition with cards and a bunch of flowers. You can send the recognition to one of your colleagues and say just “thanks” or “appreciate your help” and it’ll make the person feel happy.

Workproud has a free version, so there is no risk trying it for your company. Also I like the 24/7 support team which are friendly, sympathetic and responsive.

I don’t know, maybe I would suggest adding new features. But that's my personal opinion

For a medium sized company I think Workproud is extremely useful. And it’s pretty cost effective.

Workproud provides wide options for rewarding employees. It's intuitive to use and handles most of our requirements. Workproud gives us amazing experience using it and keeps our employees extremely happy while we know that their personal info is 100% secure. 

I believe there is noting to change. However we only use Workproud for a half a year and maybe we haven’t yet explored all the functionality.

We were impressed by the design of the application and its interactive and consistent way of using it. Also, the thing that I saw for the first time in the apps like this one - they build custom programs to client specifications, and this is what we were looking for.
