The current arrangement is that you pay an annual fee for support, if you want it. This is under review as part of the current refurb. (more)

We update Worka-B at least annually, normally. We also do some updates for customer-specific requests. At the moment, Worka-B is undergoing a major refurb which is due to be released next Spring. (more)
