Whatfix as a customer satisfaction software has such a simple and user-friendly interface that even my grandma can use it without much learning. All the features are so easy and straightforward that you do not basically need any guidance to execute your work on this tool. Also, the reports can be converted into PDFs with this tool. The tool is quite reliable and productive for any company. Also, this tool is compatible with all browsers and operating systems. Thanks to the cloud-based features of this tool I can easily access my Whatfix account from any place and on any device including smartphones just I need an active internet connection on the device.

Undoubtedly I like this tool a lot as it truly fulfills what it says and also very helpful in receiving the feedbacks from our clients regarding the behavior and assistance provided to them by my staff and employees. But it has also made me disappointed in many areas. Just in the beginning I was highly disappointed when I was looking for the free trial version with at least the basic features and services, but it was not available. Also, the mobile application of the tool is buggy at times and crashes in between the work. Even the updates are very less available.

Overall this tool is a really nice software for any small or medium sized enterprise as a customer satisfaction software but not suited for large scale companies as many features are missing in it which can be anyhow required by large businesses. The tool is also very reasonable and easy for your pocket which really good features as compared to the price. The desktop version actually is absolutely perfect but in case you anytime need any assistance or face any issue with it, you can directly contact the customer support and your issue will be soon sorted out.
