What was the best part about using WalkMe?

This is quite a unique software as a service used by a lot of enterprise level clients and was curious about how it might help our start up, perhaps not currently but in the future as we scale up and add more products and services. The focus is to help create walk through which helps end users navigate through a series of steps in order to complete the goal whichever that may be. There are many potential uses for it including improved customer service and overall experience, better self service, more efficient training for any online process or software, or increase conversion rates in a sales scenario. You don't have to make any changes to your website or software in order to implement it. There are native app integrations for mobile applications as well as analytics. It's got multi-language functionality and cross browser support. The editor has a lot of features and enables you to create custom, interactive walk throughs that can include auto start capabilities, welcome screens, dynamic media and step by step branched help. The editor is surprisingly easy to use and takes no coding knowledge. It can be hosted in cloud or self hosted though that depends on your level of service and I'm impressed that there is a free forever plan which is quite limited but certainly has enough value to help start ups or small companies get started. Their premium service is costly indicated by the marquee clientele and fact they don't have thousands upon thousands of clients but just over seven hundred. It's simply somewhat rare to have only two plans available for a SAAS; a free forever plan and an enterprise level plan so I appreciate that.

What would you change about your experience with WalkMe?

I don't believe this software works in any browser except Firefox which would mean end users would have to install it if they are using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer, for example. And I happened to learn recently that Chrome has by far the largest internet browser market share. It's not a huge issue but isn't definitely not the best, most seamless experience it could be. If it worked across all browsers I would happily give it five stars.

Overall Feedback

This is a great way help end users help themselves which would lower the amount of support required and increase engagement and service adoption as well. It's a more interactive way to create a seamless experience which is empowering in many use cases. It would also benefit the brand with a better reputation for service. This software could be helpful to sales teams, trainers, SAAS providers and more. If you've ever signed up for an online software and upon initially logging into your account receive an interactive tutorial or wizard helping guide you through the overall features it allows you to create these without having to know coding. I was surprised how easy it was to use. Definitely set aside a day or two perhaps but that should be all it takes you to create a great way to empower users of your service.
