A tool that would help you create effective instruction file that would best help your new hires working on tools. WalkMe helped me a lot in making sure that I have a good data to share my new hires in order for them to easily provide assistance to their customers. WalkMe is a great tool for me to create efficient and effective instruction guide that I could use to better improve performance of not just the new hires but also tenured reps.

There are few times that the system slows down a bit thus some of our new hires who use the tool experience few delays in responding to their clients. Nevertheless they were able to find a workaround but I am really hoping that slow movement of the system wont happen again, it is really time consuming and a bit frustrating.

Almost perfect tool to assist new hires in giving assistance to better serve their clients by giving them crystal clear instructions that are fully accessible anytime they need support or if they need to reference response on their customers inquiries. I am happy that we started using WalkMe to help our new hires to get up to speed.
