I have been selling mobile covers on my website and i used their help desk software to resolve my customer tickets and requests. It is very easy to understand and use. The live chat option is another great feature in VIVANTIO.

According to me the worst part was whenever they had an update, my software completely stopped working. I had to contact their management to which they responded on a very short notice but i had to face customer complains most of the time. They need to hire some good developers which can work this problem out.

My overall experience with them was really good. They offered corporate discounts and on special occasions they used to send different offers which was quite interesting. Their customer support head and marketing manager are nice persons to deal with. Their customer dealing is of friendly level. I would recommend VIVANTIO to anyone who is looking forward to integrate their website with a helpdesk.
