What was the best part about using Vision Helpdesk?

Vision helpdesk offers us unique satellite helpdesk which manages IT service or customer support desk for our business. It has single centralized portal. It has a powerful multi-channel ticket management that tracks all my customer conversations through twitter, Facebook, web portal and phone chat. Their service is user-friendly and supportive. The customer support care resolved my problem in few minutes. Online forums and knowledge related to external and internal bases support new users over the product. The cost of the product is also affordable for us. Vision helpdesk provides us a free trial offer for the 30 days without charging any cost.

What would you change about your experience with Vision Helpdesk?

The language on the website of the Vision helpdesk is only in English and no translator is over there. The remote desktop and chat features should be upgraded. The integration of another software and the mobile application issue is a big problem I faced. I think the documentation should also be improved and more organized. They should work more on mobile device application for Android, IOS and Windows. Otherwise, there are not many issues that I had to face while using their services till now.

The customer support care team is too responsive and effective. Its price is affordable with more services. They convert emails into tickets so easily.
