What was the best part about using Vision Helpdesk?

"Best part of the Vision Helpdesk is that it has very good Incident and problem management Features. It can organize and prioritize the service tickets. Easy for ticket creation and submission. It has very good SLA management tool. IT has very good self learning community features. There are lot of online forums, knowledge based both internal and external to help the new users. It also support multi channel support feature. "

What would you change about your experience with Vision Helpdesk?

"I felt integration with third party apps could have been handled in better way. But with lot of online support forums and knowledge base , one can come out this barrier. Apart with the help of great support team, you can get the queries resolved then and there. Dashboard presentation could have been put in a better way even though it is detailed enough."

"I would recommend Vision Helpdesk for its competitive price, very good product features, and for excellent product usability features,. It also supports multi company features. Where there is a need for lowering the telephone bills and increase the communication through email, Vision helpdesk is the best fit. Vision helpdesk is a very good platform for resolving the queries, better timer functionality and for good number of functionalities supported. "
