What was the best part about using Vision Helpdesk?

Vision HelpDesk is a customer support which lets you manage various channels like emails, web forms, twitter, facebook, and calls. They have very good User interface which is clean and simple. They have a great SLA management. You can create nested level of support. It has pretty cool ticket transfer feature between support users. Vision HelpDesk offer services in good price comparing to competition.

What would you change about your experience with Vision Helpdesk?

There are not much to dislike about this company and their services. It lacks ability of PDF customization on export. I would like to see more work on chat feature, remote desktop, and more integration with other software and mobile applications. They may need to work more on mobile apps for iOS , Android and Windows.

Overall Feedback

Vision Help Desk is somehow economical. Vision Help Desk offers very good support over chat, ticket, and instant messaging. You can have free trial to test it out. It features multi-channel functionalities to let you stay in touch with customers. It also offers tickets automation through defining actions. Vision Help Desk is a good value software. It stands in good position in the market.
