What was the best part about using USU Knowledge Center?
USU Knowledge Center’s proprietary ACTIVE knowledge makes the time wasted on redundant documents a fading memory. With a decreased document pool and diminished times on pertinent information maintenance, productivity is raised from the ground up. I like how the most complicated content is made simple to comprehend. I especially like how USU Knowledge Center ensures that strict SLA’s (Service Level Agreement) are met.
What would you change about your experience with USU Knowledge Center?
There is no free trial offered. And with the Knowledge Management space expanding, international language capability is fast becoming the defacto expected standard by customers; an aspect of USU Knowledge that is visibly absent. Also, minimum tech specs, compatible operating systems (i.e.Windows, Mac, Unix; an important spec when downloading customer data to their usable format), and installation procedures, if any, are not specified.

USU Knowledge Center is a powerful, comprehensive Knowledge Management solution for any business who needs to deliver quick, high-quality information that integrates very well with other systems, including ticketing systems, legacy CRM software, ERP systems, etc.via an easy to use interface. Additionally, USU Knowledge Center can be implemented “On Premise” or Cloud-Based platforms.
