I signed up with Ushud about two months ago. I have to admit, I was skeptical because of all the bad experiences I have had with other companies. With any lead generation company or referral program, you need to realize that you have to put the work in. You need to create a good follow up plan. I spoke with a representative from Ushud that called me and they way the program was explained was great. They did not "over sell" the program. They were very realistic. The first month I received several referrals and my conversion to this day is about 1 to 8 to 1 to 9 which is great for the price. The ones that do not close, I put on a drip campaign like was suggested. Ushud is so involved with their clients to make sure that you are having success. I am glad I did make the decision to go forward.

The only thing I would change is being able to integrate with more CRM's (which they are in the process of working on)

I have worked with practically every lead generation source out there and the leads are all the same. The big difference I have found with USHUD is that I am not battling numerous other agents for the same client. Not every lead is a slam dunk but as long as you treat the program like a numbers game and give it a fair shot your are going to find success.

The best part about USHUD is the guidance that comes with signing up. They teach how to take full advantage of the site and give tips on capitalizing on leads.

Sometimes there are not as many leads one week as there were the week prior.

USHUD provides a solid support system to help their clients succeed and I have been quite prosperous through taking advantage of the resources given and working my tail off to close leads.
