It is way too robust and can be quite cumbersome if a user does not take out time to master usability well enough. It has slow reporting features and poses difficulties when trying to update. I guess this annoying issue has been solved or it will keep looking somewhat like an outdated CRM.

UserVoice has features that accurately recommend knowledge based articles which are obviously an established way to moderate support requests. The exceptional analytics package that the UserVoice brings to users has the power to give advanced overviews with great color schemes too. I believe this package comes in handy for both large to mid- size industry users.
