The support staff service is really impressed me as they are very quick to reply our queries. The cost price of the product is low which a good factor to attract more people towards it.

The graphical user interface is not up to mark. The Unomy web pages are little comprehensive for us. There is no such mobile application is available for us. The integration is not so much with other tools or systems. Some of the features need improvement for better work. Many times the data is not 100% up to date. The free trial is not even available for the first time users which must be provided by them.

But I think they should provide the free trial version for the person who wants to buy it.
