What was the best part about using Unify Unified Communications?
The quality of the voice is great when compared to some other, similar systems, and Unify's software is really functional on PC. On the other hand, their mobile app was just awful when I used it. You can find more on that below, since it doesn't belong here. Lastly, I have also found the sign-in to be relatively painless, while the screen sharing was an easy task.
What would you change about your experience with Unify Unified Communications?
The mobile application is ugly, it has a very poorly designed user interface, with no integration with Android's design. Usage is not friendly and the application hangs every time, resulting in missed calls and lost meetings. The integration with the dialer does not exist, and a user cannot select where to place a call (mobile or app). If the user enables the dialer, calls through mobile will not be possible anymore.

4/5, that's probably the best possible grade that this company can get for building this software. Unify is good for integrating users from different platforms, but its mobile support is just bad. They really need to work on that if they want to get closer to the competition. But either way, follow their instructions to get started, since the software itself is quite easy to use on a PC, but when in doubt, contact customer support, as they will help you with any questions that you might have.
