What was the best part about using truDigital Signage?

This software is cloud-based and comes with a robust display menu board. One of the major features that sets it apart for competition is its Slipstream tool which I call a time saver. It is a digital signage platform that allows integration with social media platforms and other amazing user interface features. The truDigital is very intuitive and I did find it quick and easy to navigate, plus a free software training session to enhance usability especially for non- tech savvy users.

What would you change about your experience with truDigital Signage?

The platform has some complex upload folder that wastes valuable user time and regular updates can be very confusing. I still do not believe it is budget friendly especially for those new industry users interested in driving on the platform. A user will have to fully install and set up the application before going live or will have a hard time with usability. Non- tech savvy users are in for a long run.

Overall Feedback

I highly recommend the truDigital platform because of its superb features. Users are open to effective features checklist that comes with the software such as remote deployment, timely content scheduling as well as multi- screen support features. The truDigital customer support is highly exceptional and resolves issues arising from usability of the software. I agree it is a quality product and a great communication tool to work with.
