It's a web based software synced to your downloaded software and hosting is included in the price which is good. It includes facilities, HR, asset and change management systems. There is a self service portal for end user ease of use. It can be used to track contracts and inventory. There is a software license component. And it's mobile friendly for end users. You can create a knowledge base as well. There are email reports you can schedule accordingly along with dashboards and analytics. Analytics occur in real time. The inventory and asset management components is very robust and includes physical barcode capabilities. You can establish user permissions according to your company hierarchy easily. It also includes word order templates, a work order timer and scheduled work orders, service level agreements, parent and child ticket capabilities, email to work order automation, prioritization automation, skill routing and automated escalations and notifications. There is an online knowledge base and video tutorials available to help you with any issues as well.

It's quite a large download so ensure you have the space and resources to dedicate to it locally. The pricing is very high for small businesses in my opinion relative to several of their competition. While the software is a one time purchase there are tech user fees as well as support fees I believe which are recurring in addition to this.

This company has a massive list of marquee clients which helps validate it's credibility. And while it may be a great fit and affordable for them it's a bit more than we need currently, though I'm glad to have experienced it directly in order to know what is possible and most useful at an enterprise level.
