What if my needs change later?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; the new plan instantly comes into effect. A pro rata credit for the remaining time of your previous plan will be deducted from the cost of your new plan. You can also add or remove users at any time, with a pro rata credit for any unused subscription. (more)

What’s the difference between a public group and a private group?

In a private group, the discussions and member list are only visible to the group’s members. With a public group, discussions are public (no login required) and the member list is visible only to admins. (more)
