It really depends on what you're looking for.
We've got several competitive advantages that set us apart. If your primary goal is efficiency, TimeForge Scheduling offers clean communication pathways so everyone stays in the loop, so that scheduling takes minutes instead of hours. If your primary goal is labor savings, we've got several features that use algorithms to budget-optimize your schedule. One of the primary benefits for retailers and restaurants is our extensive POS integrated network, so that you can literally build a schedule based on sales trends - automatically. Or, if you're looking for an all-in-one solution, we've got HR products that handle everything from applicant tracking (with online job boards) through payroll (with tax management and ACA filing).
Please don't hesitate to reach us at [email protected] to find out how we can help your business. (more)

It depends on the size of the business and how many features you want to implement.
Single-store operators can get up and running literally in minutes, whereas large chains might want to space it out over the course of a few weeks to allow for onsite training of managers, data analysis, and configuration some of the more automated large-business features.
